We started by giving everything a good deep cleaning and getting rid of some clutter and dingy furnishings. Projects included replacing the carpet and painting two rooms and the kitchen cabinets. I typically stage homes, but we decided in this case it was most efficient for us to not do too much. Since their furniture pieces were already moved to Florida, we used blow-up beds and tasteful bedding to create a better image for potential buyers in the bedrooms.
